Shanita was founded in 2018 by a pair of friends and partners in the mission, Shiri Shem-Tov and Lior Sperandau. 

The two come from (very) different professional backgrounds but in a similar way, have found themselves in the last decade working

In the developing world in various development and aid frameworks, where they developed a broad affinity and understanding in the field 

which is reflected in the action of her second today.

 

Since then, more minds and hearts have joined the second family

And make it colorful, diverse, changing lives and worlds.
